DVD REPLICATION:
From simple small run DVD-R duplication, to hundreds of thousands of replicated DVDs, JAP1 GRAPHICS can guide you through the replication process. The last step in the DVD remastering process is to create a disc image.
This disc image is created on the hard disc and then written out to Digital Linear Tape (DLT). Finally, at this stage analog and digital copy protection flags are also set. Once the DVD disc image has been transferred to DLT, the DLT is used to create a glass master for replication purposes.
